Pros

If corrupt was a company, this would be it. The favoritism was apparent and that was the only way to get ahead. They started outsourcing employees and made a point to meet with everyone and say "off-shore is not replacing anyone." Lies. They kept us around just long enough to train the off-shore employees and then let us all go. Good riddance!
