Opportunity to learn different positions, great group of people to work with but depending how long they decide to stay...nice office/location
Cons
No job security, no raises, management plays favoritism, poor communication, high turnover, people are quick to leave this place. Once an employee quits they would throw the work on you. They promise to hire more employees to help and purchase more desks but nothing. They hire help from overseas which causes us to fix all the mistakes. Its an office full of empty desks. Great people worked here but couldn't take the pressure of it anymore and would leave. Per Management, only way to work from home is to have a doctor note BUT be ready by HR to get denied. That's where only favorite employee are able to work from home. No one gives 2 week notices when leaving.
