I was initially excited to work here. Their mission and values aligned to what I believe. Unfortunately they don't follow their own values. This company is upside down with how they run things. HR has a weird power and has the final say to your salary, not your DON. The VP is a tyrant and will fire anyone who will make her look bad or make a mistake. The VP and HR make it a very hostile environment. Because of that, clinician staff stay silent about any issue due to fear of losing their job. Additionally there is no pay scale. A new grad can get payed more than you just because they have to quickly fill in a position. They do not value you as a clinician/RN, you are just another body. As long as you don't mind getting paid unfairly, staying silent, and having them taken advantage of your license this will be the right job for you.

I have no cons other than there was high turnover
