Pros

Very family oriented with great benefits and great people as evinced by so many of the employees have been there at least twenty years and more. The company invests a lot of resources in the employees through training and education, an employer-paid masters degree program, college assistance for the children of employees and providing physical surroundings conducive to a pleasant work environment. The time-off policies are exceptional.

Cons

The workload can be very heavy and varied with many different deadlines and can be quite stressful.

Pros

Benefits Strong Leadership at the executive level Community involvement (United Way, Habitat and other opportunities for involvement) Decent Pay Good People

Cons

In technology, they're a bit slow or behind. Because that's not what necessarily drives the company. Tech adds an advantage, but doesn't drive things. Innovation comes in spurts. Lots of slow days/weeks/months followed by short periods of craziness.
