Very family oriented with great benefits and great people as evinced by so many of the employees have been there at least twenty years and more. The company invests a lot of resources in the employees through training and education, an employer-paid masters degree program, college assistance for the children of employees and providing physical surroundings conducive to a pleasant work environment. The time-off policies are exceptional.
