I worked there for 30 years and never missed a paycheck.benifits aren't bad.very safety oriented.Boats are well maintained

Cons

In the paducah office politics are a big thing .the butt kissers and ego stokers are the ones who get recognized and get ahead.

Exceptional pay and benefits (inluding flex-time, gym membership or reimbursement), great culture and phenomenal coworkers. Very unique and interesting industry. Leadership committment to continuous improvement.

Cons

Cons are very minor but: At times, departments do not seem perfectly aligned as far as objectives are concerned. As great as culture is, we can be a bit "prideful to change".
