they have 28 day boats and 21 day boats the harbor tugs are 14 day boats, days off are great

Cons

the being gone for up to a month,the cell signal sucks most of the time for calling home

very family oriented. an awsom company to work for. pay is great. most of the people are awsom and great to be around. the overall leadership is great and they strive to improve all areas from safety to diet. would not dream of working any where else.

Cons

there a few individuels who cause undue stress on others by their bad attitudes and unproductive habbits. There is nothing worse than getting on a boat and the crew are all grumpy and unresponsive to kind words, it makes for a real long trip.

Great people, great equipment, good pay, good benifits, no layoffs (at least in 25 years) and a caring and understanding senior managment team.

Cons

promotions at times are more of a popularity contest than senority or skill based. pay is set by work region instead of job.
