Pros

Lots of projects available, great people to work with, work/life balance possible. Very good benefits package and 401k match

Cons

Disconnect between corporate and the plant. Many of the goals that the plants are asked to set are asked for with unfair time constraints with lack of knowledge of the operational capabilities of the plant.

Pros

Global organization with lots of opportunity. Competitive comp and benefits. Attracts great people with solid work ethic. This is a driven organization and ever changing with a great deal of success in the way we do business and in the products we offer to meet current trends on the market.

Cons

Not many Cons about Ingredion. Since the organization is changing, the speed of change may be a bit tough for some to grasp.

Pros

OK place to work if you only have a high school diploma. You will get paid pretty well.

Cons

Upper Management has no clue what is going on. Huge disconnect between hourly, supervisors, managers, and senior managers. It is pretty much a good ole boys club at the plant levels. Odd since the CEO is female.
