Pros

Strong management, strategy and sustained success. I started six years ago when our stock price was around $30 per share. Today we are trending around $137 per share and this is due to the talent we have around the world. Good collaboration and focus on continuous improvement. Development of skills is a priority and building business acumen.

Cons

Some employees are comfortable and resist change. Continue to focus on technology and innovation

Pros

Friendly people, though not everyone. Job security. Relatively easy work -- if that's what you're seeking.

Cons

Poor management. There is a minority of people who are incredibly petty. Aiming to innovate, but lacking innovation. Budget cuts and the really underwhelming benefits that come because of them.
