      Remote, “unlimited” PTO, great people

      Cons

      low pay and a micromanaging environment. While they advertise unlimited PTO, taking time off is challenging due to workload expectations and guilt around coverage. The company has had multiple layoffs, and the overall culture leaves much to be desired.
