By and large the people are kind. The company is good about offering additional training and educational resources to interested employees. They have been very committed to DEI.

Cons

It can be hard to be accepted into certain teams, especially if they are long-standing, established groups.

1. The people make this company, they are all so welcoming and easy to work with 2. Work-life balance is decent

1. Progression is almost non-existent and heavily influenced by how competent your line manager is - There has been an ongoing trend of talented people being passed over for promotions and people only getting promoted when they have another job offer to leverage. There has been a mass exodus of talented people over the last 2 years (since the merger) 2. Regular redundancies, many of which are kept quiet 3. Below-industry compensation packages, even with promotions 4. DE&I is basically non-existent now when it used to be good 5. You can't trust what leadership/corporate say
