Pros
The people I worked with were amazing. The work they did was incredible. The President(s), VPs, Leadership Teams of the business unit I worked for were wonderful people.
Cons
Private equity firm far up the chain of command seem to care more about profit than the people. This should not be surprising, of course. Many employees doing the work, however, fear for their jobs, especially after to RIFs in a year. It's sad that private equity has a reputation for not seeing the people who make the money for them and for pushing the people to their limits.
