-The type of projects you work on are interesting and fulfilling, it feels like you can make a difference in people's lives -Colleagues are wonderful and approachable, and deserve to rewarded for their hard work

Cons

-No staff benefits, staff culture is non-existent -Yearly staff redundancies -Career and pay progression is iffy/non-existent, pay is not competitive at all and you will be stuck on the same pay for years -US-centric higher ups, Inizio Evoke owned by a large wider network where agencies outside of the US don't seem to matter much

Evoke provided good benefits to employees and always came through with end of year bonuses.

Cons

Not a very creative agency. All work dictated by upper management looks exactly the same. Not award driven.
