-The type of projects you work on are interesting and fulfilling, it feels like you can make a difference in people's lives -Colleagues are wonderful and approachable, and deserve to rewarded for their hard work

Cons

-No staff benefits, staff culture is non-existent -Yearly staff redundancies -Career and pay progression is iffy/non-existent, pay is not competitive at all and you will be stuck on the same pay for years -US-centric higher ups, Inizio Evoke owned by a large wider network where agencies outside of the US don't seem to matter much

Pay can be low and difficult to work in small teams with less senior people expected to take a lot of catch up when they may not get involved a lot in alignments or skew of work isn’t fairn
