- Executive leadership are genuinely warm, kind and empathetic human beings - Trust from senior leaders to be able to work without micro-managing - Collaborative and tight-knit team culture - Strong emphasis on DEI

- Some minor resourcing issues, but the same thing happens with every company that’s in demand from its clients!
