There’s still a few people here that don’t suck. Time off policy is great if your manager is one of those people that don’t suck. Some teams are still remote although I’m sure at some point someone entitled enough will tantrum to get people back to the office to solve the culture problem.

Cons

The people who work here are the worst. Mean girls, elitist, finger pointing, gaslighting narcissists. Decisions are made based on who crashes out the hardest. No accountability. No empathy. Just finger pointing
