      its a job, better than no job

      Cons

      biased. promote people and pay inconsistently. they are doing the business model of trying to do more with less. we lose employees and they never fill the positions. every single day we are working understaffed, without exception. atleast 2 people understaffed if not more. underpaid. time off accrual is horrible. just a terrible company to work for.
