      good employees which make the work place tolerable

      Cons

      poor management and poorly run company. sadly the concept of the program is wonderul, just very unfortunate it's a money game and it's very clear.

      The PACE centers are a positive place to work

      Pros

      I found the centers to be full of caring professionals who provided quality care. Many participants and their families found a home at InnovAge they didn't find anywhere else. My workload was very challenging but do-able.

      Cons

      Corporate staff seems to be very out of touch with what happens at the center level. There have been efforts to bridge that gap. The culture at the corporate building had an eerie feeling to me. It felt like too many resources were being poured into the corporate building and new business development when more could have been provided at the center level to improve quality.
