Pros

The mission is noble. Keeping seniors as independent as possible is a wonderful thing. The teams for the most part are cohesive. No weekend work is a bonus. The elders are fun to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

PTO has been cut more than once which leads to people coming to work sick or injured. The company is not growing staff as fast as they are growing in participants. This will result in poor care, dis enrollment and negative word of mouth in the community. Salaries and benefits are not competitive. Staff turnover is high especially among social workers.

Pros

The staff at most of the centers are wonderful to work with. Having knowledgeable peers is a great bonus, and the growth and learning of the department

Cons

Corporate. HR. Openness if staff knowing what the upper management thinks or are doing. Never see them.

Flexible for work life balance.

Cons

The leaders in the corporate office do not care about the employees. The HR team was horrible. The turn over was unbelievable. The leader of HR did not care about people only money
