Pros

telecommunicating is encouraged for at least 2 days per week; free flu shots; good location; met some nice staff personnel who really care about the work they do.

Cons

upper management was atrocious. Did not care about the staff; focused on how they could take the company to a for-profit status and sell the company for their own financial gain.

Amazing mission. Great social work and rehab team.

Cons

Management has no clue what its employees job really looks like. Top heavy management. Staff don't feel supported. Recently cut pto benefits.

Pros

Their flex time is great. Telecommute is great...i could telecommute twice a week i got so much more accomplished working from home

Cons

The upper management does not talk to anyone. The place is a revolving door... too too much overturn.
