Pros

Fellow employees are outstanding. They all clearly care very much about their jobs and the people we serve. Medical benefits and 401K options are also competitive.

Cons

Paid time off could be more abundant, and paid maternity/paternity could really give InnovAge a leg up in the job market.

Great mission. There is a lot of satisfaction knowing your helping seniors. And while work is busy with the growth, you're able to collaborate with co-workers on innovative projects.

I have worked for this company for over 14 years. As a nurse, I have the flexibility in my career to work just about anywhere, but nowhere else has measured up to InnovAge. I have worked in Assisted Livings, Nursing Homes and Hospitals prior to working for InnovAge, and I do not ever want to go back. - Expanding Company - Mission to serve vulnerable seniors - The PACE model of care is an exceptional model for health care - Lots of talented, caring professionals are employed here - Decent work schedule - Job Flexibility- Promote from within - Great participants

Cons

- No PTO reward for longevity
