Don't be fooled they gave our W2's to a Phishing scam.

Pros

Telecommuting is the only benefit of working here.

Cons

To start they pay low. You will only get 3 weeks off for sick time or vacation in a year. They gave out our W2's to a Phishing scam. Employee retention is a joke with no plans to keep institutional knowledge. There is no thought of future hence why talent leaves so quickly. There are too many opportunities that are missed.

Pros

Clerical staff, kitchen, day center techs, therapy and clinic staff are, to say the least, AWESOME. We love the participants, we value our work and work diligently as a team.

Cons

The last couple of years has been very rough with employees being fired, quitting and just plain frustrated. Upper management and corporate need to appreciate us more. Employees were very appreciated and listened to years ago now management will just fire you. Supervisors at Cody are allowed to "pat down employee jackets and look in purses" which is completely wrong. I will tell you the day center staff are the best CNA's I have ever worked with and do not deserve that. Supervisors and management should be trained on ethical behavior and professional behavior. This would help as would being fair on paying staff. The staff that work hard and work short staffed more than not, should get EQUAL raises that corporate employees get. We work our tails off! This means clinic and therapy groups at Cody, also.
