      Beware if you live on the East Coast

      Pros

      Caring for the frailest members of our community. IDT approach and team building. M-F daytime hours

      Cons

      The east coast COO is the worst leader I have EVER seen. She has no idea what she is doing yet it seems to be overlooked by the company. She hired a director of ops underneath her that creates a negative environment. Talks negative about employees in front of others and can often be heard cursing at others. Human resources policies are also concerning. We have lost good candidates over this. They will not hire someone who makes more than the previous person who had that job REGARDLESS of experience.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      The environment is fun, and friendly. The staff are always very friendly, room for advancement. The people who work here really care about the people they serve. Patients come first, before anything. Any support that might be needed is given. Management cares about staff members concerns and will do whatever they can to help employees. Managers will actually get out of the office to assist patients if they have concerns. Overall a great place to work. Is it perfect?... no. Can it be stressful?... yes, but it is expected from any working individual that work can be a little crazy at times. We have more good days than we do bad days.

      Cons

      The fact that we have to go home at 4:30 PM and wait until 8:30 AM to come back the next day!
