      Pros

      Staff are nice, and the hours are very reasonable.

      Cons

      Management thinks they know what they're doing, but are so removed from what the employees actually do daily.

      Pros

      The mission is noble. Keeping seniors as independent as possible is a wonderful thing. The teams for the most part are cohesive. No weekend work is a bonus. The elders are fun to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      PTO has been cut more than once which leads to people coming to work sick or injured. The company is not growing staff as fast as they are growing in participants. This will result in poor care, dis enrollment and negative word of mouth in the community. Salaries and benefits are not competitive. Staff turnover is high especially among social workers.
