      Zero structure or support from higher leadership. Job roles are not clear. Usually taking on work that is not part of your job description.

      Pros

      Great mission and vision to help provide medical services to senior members of our community. Most staff is great to work with and the seniors are very appreciative.

      Cons

      Short staffing - staff turnover was high due to this. No medical assistants or patient coordinators to help in the clinic. Everything was the responsibility of medical providers and RNs including scheduling of clinic visits. Needs better clinic flow and structure which better staffing will help achieve. Needs more support from leadership to resolve mentioned problems.
