Center Directors can be demeaning. VPs and C-Suite micromanage, are untrustworthy, passive aggressive, retaliatory and disrespectful to those under them. They are out of touch with the reality of being a direct care provider in the times post Covid. Unrealistic expectations are set on managers which takes away from their time to support their direct team.

Completely understaffed and that falls on the people at the facility, no time or energy left in the day after assessments, phone calls, and paperwork to provide to the participants that might need it (I.e., high burnout), high turnover, and there was a consensus between most employees that constantly felt unsupported by direct supervisors and upper management.
