The salary is good but it’s not worth the stress.

Cons

This is a poorly run company with unprofessional and very rude management. Don’t waste your time applying here. It’s a toxic work environment. Upper management won’t respect your ideas and they treat the elder people so mean. There are better companies to work for.

Where to even start…. Used to be a great place to work but not anymore. Senior management is completely disconnected from front line staff. Money is all that matters to them since going publicly traded. Frail elderly suffer because of it. No plan in place when director level staff are eliminated and no plan or direction given to remaining staff. Very short sighted management. It’s going to implode.
