      Easy job. but very bad and toxic work environment . The members are great to work with. leadership

      Cons

      The leadership at The denver Center had very blurred boundaries making it very difficult for leadership to put the job first. Felt like high school where everybody was gossiping and leadership would be gossiping on company computers about other employees. Supervisors had very low morals and we’re not respectful. supervisors did not step up when needed leading to the high turnover rate. Always felt like walking on broken glass around supervisor. The ability to have an adult conversation in the innovage environment was impossible. The lack of staff support did not make it a great place to go into work every day. this environment is very micromanaged with tons of complaints from the participants. supervisors also would be treated way different than any other of the staff they could do or say whatever they wanted but right when a regular employee steps up leadership feels threatens and nothing can ever get resolved.

      Pros

      great team at Innovage SB on site, staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This is the only reason a star was given.

      Cons

      heavy micromanagement, very condescending, conniving, and not truthful. Creates for a very hostile work environment. Heavy staff turnovers and thousands of complaints from participants. HR is also incompetent and there is no union representation to allow staff to really have a voice.

      PTO and , flexible schedule

      Cons

      To overworked for PTO use, no room for advancement, long hours, focus mainly only bottom dollar no matter what it compromise, constant turnover, no diversity/inclusion, lack of staff support, no unity, backbiting, underlying retaliation practices, focus mainly on rewards of executive and leadership staff, lot of wasted money at corporate, patients not put first.
