Supportive and collaborative team environment. Fulfilling work with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Consistent and predictable schedule with set work hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

Leadership turnover and lack of stable direction have created challenges for staff morale and long-term planning.
