      Strong sense of purpose in the field: Keeping frail seniors aging in place in the homes. Strong clinical autonomy

      Cons

      Constantly "restructuring" - ie, work force reductions. At this point down to a skeleton crew. No loyalty to employees. Extremely profit margin focused

      high turnover, processes changing frequently. difficult population to work with at times
