      Pros

      I’ve been at InnovAge for about a year, and in that time I’ve had strong opportunities to learn, grow, and develop. As a new people manager, I’ve really appreciated the ongoing leadership development workshops offered each month. They’ve made it easier to step into my role and feel equipped to support my team effectively. The culture is collaborative and fast-paced, with colleagues across different functions willing to provide candid feedback and help when needed. That environment has pushed me to grow significantly in a short period of time.

      Cons

      The fast pace may not be for everyone—it requires adaptability and comfort with change. At times, priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging if you prefer a slower or more predictable work environment.

      Pros

      InnovAge has a great mission and vision; strong leadership team which values the voices of its employees. I am relatively new to InnovAge but love the culture that is being built. I am happy to be a part of a team that strives to be the best.

      Cons

      InnovAge needs to be more competitive in its benefit and compensation offerings to attract and retain top talent.

      Pros

      Supportive and collaborative team environment. Fulfilling work with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Consistent and predictable schedule with set work hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

      Cons

      The workplace environment can feel disorganized, which impacts overall efficiency and consistency. Leadership turnover and lack of stable direction have created challenges for staff morale and long-term planning. Some employees are placed in roles without the necessary skills or support, which shifts additional responsibilities onto others. Opportunities for advancement are limited, making it difficult for motivated employees to see a clear career path within the organization.
