Good co-workers, for the most part Friendly staff ok pay

Cons

Favoritism towards 'team leads' is too obvious. One of my coworkers helped with a project but the manager gave it to the team lead then later, praised the team lead instead of the original person. Manager will not take criticism and will find an excuse to fire employees
