      Pros

      Population was great to work with. Amazing providers and coworkers. Pay was good

      Cons

      Higher ups didn’t care about understaffing and would just keep enrolling to patients and adding more work for nurses. Felt under appreciated and overworked. Poor training for new hires.

      Pros

      Center level staff are kind and supportive at most locations, other centers are not as welcoming.

      Cons

      Center Directors can be demeaning. VPs and C-Suite micromanage, are untrustworthy, passive aggressive, retaliatory and disrespectful to those under them. They are out of touch with the reality of being a direct care provider in the times post Covid. Unrealistic expectations are set on managers which takes away from their time to support their direct team.
