      Top of company is out of touch with front line staff

      Pros

      Front line staff are amazing and care about participants. Mid level management understands and supportive of front line. Participants are wonderful and front line staff care for and love their participants.

      Cons

      Reorganizing of company is done by people at the top that don't understand front line staff roles and challenges.
