Pros

1. Monday through Friday Work week!!! (mainly) 2. A chance to make a difference with an underserved patient population 3. Close knit, friendly and welcoming co-workers

Cons

compensation could be better, but the hours and team make up for it

Corporate policies are unreasonable. Do not value their employees. Too many meetings.

Good Place to Gain Experience

Pros

Direct teammates are great to work with, very helpful in helping you process your job and the flow of the organization.

Cons

There seems to be a difficult in building cohesivity among different teams on the IDT, there is a lot of “fighting” for what you need. Management rolls out new processes without including thoughts from teams in the field, projects aren’t well explained on why they are being rolled out and are consistently time consuming. Management does not seem to care about me as an employee/person.
