One must always listen to management, not allowed to ask questions. Management always knows best and tells staff to not speak with leadership staff without permission. HR is pro-company and does not care or follow up regarding staff concerns. Hostile environment.

Be careful when applying for this company. The reviews do not lie. Management doesn't encourage their employees to work together. Instead, they ask them not to collaborate with each other and demand their employees to stay in their "own lanes." Management is petty and will purposely set you up to fail. They cancel meetings last minute, don't reply to emails, and even say they "don't know how to talk to seniors." The job is about helping seniors live independently. Just do your homework about the company thoroughly because if you're not a good fit, they will not offer the resources to help you succeed. If you have another option, take it.
