1. InnovAge provides fantastic care for seniors. 2. Great collaboration between co-workers. 2. Recognition for a job well done. 3. Interesting projects that move the organization forward. 4. Great work/life balance.

Cons

InnovAge is growing. Therefore, change/improvement is a constant and sometimes there is a lack of organization as the company works on finding the best way forward. Employees need to have a flexible mindset.

Great mission. Clean, safe environment. All senior's needs taken care of in one program.

Can't think of any cons to working here. Maybe more PTO would be nice!

Some of the participants are nice.

Cons

Work here if you want to be treated like a waitress at the day center, and a maid at in home care. Hostile toxic environment a lot of the upper management and people with higher degrees belittle the certified nurse assistants. And the pay is ridiculously bad with no chance to advance in the company.
