      Pros

      Hours are great, beautiful building!

      Cons

      -poor management -benefits are horrible, the health insurance is so expensive. Poor PTO! -poor communication -under appreciated -supervisor very unprofessiona, retaliation if you report to HR -no changes wants to be made in our unit, to make things better and now most of my co workers don't care. Makes the job harder and it's a very hostile environment.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for a company that worked diligently to expand across the nation. The corporate building was beautiful and always clean. Many centers were in the process of being renovated.

      Cons

      CEO and officers are in a clique and it is frowned upon to speak to them unless you are spoken to first. This makes the corporate office feel very divided. If you are not a director or higher at InnovAge, you are treated poorly.

      Don't be fooled they gave our W2's to a Phishing scam.

      Pros

      Telecommuting is the only benefit of working here.

      Cons

      To start they pay low. You will only get 3 weeks off for sick time or vacation in a year. They gave out our W2's to a Phishing scam. Employee retention is a joke with no plans to keep institutional knowledge. There is no thought of future hence why talent leaves so quickly. There are too many opportunities that are missed.
