The participants are delightful. I enjoy my part in helping make their lives better. One certain pro is no weekend or major holiday work.

Cons

There is very little time off granted. Only 15 days per year for sick, vacation, and appointments. We used to get an extra week after 5, 10, 15 years of service, but that ended. Because of this, workers go to work sick. We also used to have an outstanding wellness program that has been reduced to almost nothing.
