I am approaching my fifth year anniversary working at InnovAge and I am enjoying every minute of working at this great company. Innovage is a dynamic and growing company with a lot to offer its participants and employees. InnovAge follows a corporate culture that encompasses transparency, open door policy, direct communication with upper management and healthy dialogue among peers. Employees are encouraged to use their talents and expertise to improve on processes for better, efficient and time saving end results and procedures. Salaries and benefits are competitive with other companies in the industry and ample opportunities for advancement exists for the right employees. InnovAge offers tuition assistance for those employees who like to continue their education and advance in their respective fields. InnovAge promotes employees from within, when possible, to fill open positions opening the door for individuals to grow and advance. Employees also enjoy the flexibility offered to them by allowing them to work from home for areas that this option is possible. InnovAge is a place where you can do very rewarding work. Supporting the elderly to "age in place" with dignity in their own homes, while receiving all of their care as well as transportation to and from appointments is an incredible opportunity. I have been drawn to elderly people since I was a kid because they have been some of the best friends I have had. If you want to make your impact really count toward something that matters and makes a positive difference, InnovAge is a great place to do that. In my experience, the large majority of staff at InnovAge sincerely care about each other as co-workers and about the people in their care. The mission at InnovAge is very worthwhile and the people here support it as a team. I am really glad to do my part and support this important work.
