VERY high pay as they have a hard time recruiting given turnover.

Cons

Through interview presents well. Charity mission. Friendly people. Hard work is rewarded. Be part of the team. Honeymoon period short. Management always critical and never happy - focuses on the negative. Wants doers not thinkers. Turnover high. Wants doers not thinkers. Good people leave quickly. Many who take jobs have been unemployed for a while. HR team doesn't respect their leader, setting poor example.
