Pros

The hours are nice and the job is good. You get to listen to music or books during your shift.

Cons

The pay is bad. There is no support from management when you get picked on by another person. Didn’t hire me after a year. And job ended abruptly. Don’t work here if you can help it.

I can speak positively about management, the company and the unique way in which we're able to execute very meaningful things but today I'd rather focus on what Innovairre does and how it impacts me. First and foremost, we help people who help people. Over 500 non-profits to be exact. Organizations such as Make-A-Wish, March of Dimes, Alzheimer's Association, American Lung Association, American Diabetes Association and the Humane Society to name just a few! Working here gives me a sense of community, perspective on my own situation and I feel empowered in my career and personally. I know I'm making a difference in someone else's life each and every day when I walk through these doors.

We're many companies merged into one which presents challenges and opportunities.

- Working alongside hundreds of charities that serve great causes - Teaming up with some of the best minds in the fundraising business - Hard work and dedication are rewarded - Entrepreneurial spirit of the company leads to innovation and the ability to continually grow your skill-set

Cons

- The work can be very demanding and can require long hours, but all is worth it to see the fruits of our labors in the works of the charities that we serve
