Innovairre has given me a huge opportunity to take on real responsibility and ownership for actions. If you're willing to put in hard work (and hours), it is noticed and rewarded.

Cons

Process-wise there is room for improvement in a lot of areas. This can be stressful at times, but is also a chance to make a difference.
