Pros

Innovairre has a truly wonderful environment at their Akron, OH office. Smart, hard working coworkers all doing their very best for their clients.

Cons

The company is comprised of a lot of acquisitions that are poorly knit together. A particular office can be strong (like the Akron group is) but the overall company is not necessarily the same deal.

good hours and all. benefits are good depending on your plan that you chose

way too much overtime that you dont get to spend with family too many different shifts like 16 hour shifts and 4 12 hour shifts

Pros

Some interest in innovation, friendly coworkers, and some great managers. Over time if you want it. Working to raise money for mostly worthy causes.

Cons

Executive turnover - 6 different bosses in a year and a half. Hopefully that has stabilized. Crazy hours during busy season - 3 months of 12 hour shifts at least 5 days a week. Top executive was so-so on people skills - made a few coworkers cry during high-stress long-hours busy season.
