Pros

The immediate staff and management always looked after the department and worker's best interest. Very flexible and family lifestyle orientated.

Cons

After it goes beyond the physical location of employment, the upper level management doesn't always make the wisest choices that at times inhibits productivity in said department.

Assist supervisor, did all I could to make thing easier for supervisor. Help keep production flowing, look for missing material. Did quality samples. Ect.

Cons

There was always Alot expected of me and sometime People would make mistakes and I would not always catch right away. I trying very hard to do my best, I am always willing to do overtime, what ever is ask?
