There are absolutely no pros at this company only if you are an Exwcutive

Cons

Company claims to help people when in fact all they care about is $$$$ in the pockets of all Executives. So disappointing. HR has no clue whatsoever they are puppets. Stay far away!

Nothing good about this place!

The HR and management teams do not see fit to address matters in a timely fashion and sometimes not at all. They prefer to sweep issues under the rug and ignore problems unless repeatedly reminded of them. If you are not a butt kisser and "pretending" to be doing your job, when actually screwing around, you are seen as a trouble maker for turning the bad people in. If you bring issues to their attention, such as a sexual harrassment claim, nothing is done about it until they are pushed, but then you are seen as a whiner and trouble maker. HR seems to talk to others about issues that should not be discussed outside of their department.
