The coffee is decent. Management is making attempts at positive change. Potential for strong improvement. Follow through across ALL plants will be key.

Cons

No upward mobility Decision makers do not understand workflows Production is overworked and underpaid Talent is overlooked, under utilized, and under valued Corporate politics gets in the way of efficient productivity. Passive management. NO empowerment, continuing ed, or professional development. You grind it out. That's it.

Good co-workers. Interesting work with non-profit organizations.

Cons

Horrible benefits. Back flipped on remote policy forcing all the little people back in the office while most new hires and literally all of the managers work offsite. Just went through yet another evaluation process with no feedback or raises in sight. Administration here is clueless. There is zero room for advancement and anyone who has been good at their job has left or is leaving.
