Pros

I have joined Macrosoft in 2016 and stayed with them for almost 4+ years. They hired me from Pakistan and gave me a opportunity to come and with work with them in USA. I found them very professional and company who keep their promises. They explained me every step from day 1, kept their promises and supported me in all my immigration processes. They were also very supportive in helping me at client side as well. I never found any discrepancy in their words and actions. I would recommend this company to anyone without second thoughts.

Cons

They just need to speed up some communication processes with their employees for any documentation or anything else.

Their pay is not bad.

Cons

Poor immigration service. They are lack of immigration knowledge and the attorney they hire don’t care your cases at all.

Macrosoft has an attorney solely focused on immigration matters. It is unfortunate that not everyone gets the result they hope for as immigration has continued to get more difficult. Pros

- Challenging work that keeps you on your toes. - Very good technical people work with. - Highly motivated leadership team, goal oriented

Cons

- Have to wear multiple caps at the same time, multi projects pushed to spend more time then expected 9-5. - Off-shore dealing if you are not used to.
