You are correct as few tiers of management, We keep a very flat organization with the greatest opportunity for advancement to become the thought leader or practice head in a specific technology service. Most advancement roles are newly created as the market demand dictates.

never join this company. I'd like to give them a negative 5 start.

Cons

Don't join this company. They never care about their employee. Very terrible immigration service, unprofessional and no knowledge of immigration law. They delay everything till last day and make employee take all risk. They don't care employee but only care how much money they will get from you.

We do care deeply about our employees. We are sorry you did not have a positive experience. Unfortunately, though we work hard on all immigration cases, not all have the outcome that people hope for. We do hope you ultimately did get the visa approval you were looking for.
