Pros

Macrosoft is an employee-friendly environment: happy employees doing good work in a positive company culture. The company is also exceptionally diverse (not just race and gender, but also life experience, background and skillsets). There are many opportunities for additional education and self-training. Macrosoft offers some exceptional perks to long-term employees – among the most generous I’ve ever received from an employer. The Macrosoft office is clean and well maintained. The entire environment is very welcoming and bright.

Cons

I can’t think of a single one.

Pros

Come in. Prove that you’re a good worker. Get promoted. It really is that easy. If you think you’re going to fly under the radar doing the bare minimum you’re going to struggle. If you come with a positive mindset and a good work ethic than you should do really well. I’ve only been here for a few months but I feel I’m already on track for a promotion. It’s all about applying yourself and being reliable.

Cons

No cons from me. A great company all around.

Pros

The work/life balance here was fantastic. The schedule works well for anyone with a family and management are generally willing to work with you if you need time off. The career growth opportunities are just as generous. Macrosoft has its pros and cons but in my humble opinion the pros far outweigh the cons.

Cons

The pay could have been better but I’m not complaining.
