Pros

Came here looking for a job that would pay the bills and keep a roof over my head. Ended up falling in love with my job. It’s a task focused environment with no office politics and a friendly atmosphere. There are many opportunities to learn something new and develop new skills to make you a more marketable professional.

Cons

I don’t have anything to add here. My experience has been largely positive.

One big happy family

Pros

This is a company that takes pride in its family like atmosphere. They promote teamwork and collaboration and regularly hold outings so that the team can bond outside of the work environment. Macrosoft goes above and beyond to ensure that all employees understand that they’re part of a big happy family.

Cons

You can get promotions but it takes time to get there.

They take care of their employees

Pros

My manager has been very kind to me. He’s always looked out for me and helped me when I was new and still looks out for me to this day. Thankfully the management treats all of their staff this way. Not once have I ever felt lost or confused. I have many company resources at my disposal to help me do my job properly.

Cons

Lack of health insurance. Hopefully they offer this in the future.
